30-Day Warranty on Workmanship Defects and Operational Issues Altis Powersports Inc. provides a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, covering any defects in workmanship and operational issues with the unit.

30-Day Warranty on Parts and OEM Accessories Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, for all parts and OEM accessories included with the unit.

365-Day Warranty for Power System Components Altis Powersports Inc. offers a 365-day warranty, effective from the date of delivery, on key power system components, including the motor, controller, and battery.
Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear Components: This includes, but is not limited to, brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.
- Misuse or Abuse of the Product: This includes any damage caused by accidents, collisions, or general neglect.
- Alterations and Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications to the factory wiring, installation of non-genuine Altis parts, or use of the product in racing or competition will void this Limited Warranty.
- Improper Handling and Storage: Misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this Limited Warranty.
Additional Terms
- This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt from Altis Powersports Inc. or an authorized Altis Powersports Inc. dealer, is required to claim the warranty.
